Guangzhou Cusisine Recipe (China)


Guangzhou Cuisine is a new menu that is presented Lung Yuan Restaurant is located in the F & B Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers. Menu is a need to try because you offer tumis shrimp with 3 kinds of sense. 


Guangzhou Cusisine 
(Tumis shrimp with 3 kinds of taste) 


Material
Shrimp 1.5 oz size of 9 pcs 
1 salted egg 
1 clove chicken stew 
1 egg bitan (10gram) 
30 ml cooking oil 
2 gr vitcin 
2 gr salt 
3 gr sugar 
1 gr pepper 
10 gm garlic cop 
50 ml sauce chicken 
2 ml sesame oil 
3 ml of cooking wine 

How to make
Tumis shrimp with 3 kinds of eggs 
Boiled shrimp after it drained in frying, and then down to the white tumis 
Then enter the shrimp, and 3 types of eggs that have been boiled 

Then given micin, salt, sugar, pepper and oil wijeng and flour
